• Full responsibility for below disciplines:
  • Overall responsibility for transferring high-precision electro-optical products to production (IL/Far-East) in terms of program management, procurement, manufacturing, fabrication, control, and quality.
  • Serve as a key player and working close to internal teams (PM, Customer support, HW, System, SW) and external contractors.
  • Serve as a key player with parts manufacturers, vendor selection, vendors management and ODMs.
  • Ability to establish production line for MP in Far-East in wide range aspects (Set up tools (HW/SW), IQC & OQC, Quality and yield)
  • Managing Operations Lab for small batches production (Build plan, meeting schedule)
  • Propose and support DFx methods (Design for manufacturing, testing and cost optimization)
  • Aiming to high quality products, yield improvement methodology and efficient engineering/testing processes.
  • Develop and create detailed engineering plans and engineering instructions, documented processes and procedures for engineering staff and contractors.
  • Serve as a configuration controller and component engineering.
  • Managing and leading ECO processes including, EO, MCO, AVL, more
• Reporting to VP operations.

Education

• BSc in Electrical/Mechanical engineering.
